2012 Flat Track UK Championship

Rules are in Place for 2012 season, we are still running 2 Championships again Club and GNC but each round will on the same day, Cub Championship during the daytime and GNC round during the evening at each round,we are still working on dates and venues but we hope to be completed soon. We are manged to keep entry fees the same as 2011 and we are offering a discount if you ride in Club meeting and GNC meeting,please see Class's etc below
CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
National Pro Class - National Number Riders Only
Restricted Class – ‘R’ Plate Riders Only.
Novice Class - for riders who have ridden less than 6 meetings or a rider who has never made a Thunderbike final. If he or she wishes to be upgraded before the 6 meetings are completed, they may apply for permission from STUK.
Thunderbike Class - as tec rules
Mini Bike Class - as tec rules
Junior Shorttrack Class - 7-11 yrs old, 65 two stroke/150 air cooled four stroke.
Inter Shorttrack Class - 11- 14 yrs old, 85 two stroke/230 four stroke.
Senior Shorttrack Class - 14 - 17 yrs old, 125 two stroke/250 four stroke.

GNC CHAMPIONSHIP

GNC Championship Class - Open to National Pro riders and Restricted riders
Youth GNC Class - Open to Inter and Senior class riders.
GNC Thunderbikes - As Thundebike Rules

Dates and Venues.
The dates and venues for 2012 have still to be confirmed, although a typical season runs from
the end of March or beginning of April, until the middle of October. Tracks used range from
400m speedway tracks at Oxford, Leicester, Rye House etc., to half-mile trotting tracks in
Wales.

Registration for the 2012 series costs £45 for adults (an additional £20 if you wish to ride in the GNC Championship too), £30 for Mini Bikes and Juniors £25.
Fees per event are £40 for adults and £20 for an additional class. Mini bikes are £40 per meeting, Juniors £35. If riding GNC only, the entry fee for adults is £50, or £25 if also riding club class that day. For youths & Thunderbikes in the GNC the cost is £35 or £25 if you've raced in Club Class the same day.
